Is Vista Pacific Paradise for you? Vista Pacific Paradise is located near the Pacific Coast in the Province of Puntarenas where you can find Costa Rica living at the best rate available.
Vista Pacific Paradise is a secluded, gated community of 41 ocean view lots, nestled in the hills above the town of Parrita. The elevations in the development range from 500 to 1500 feet above sea level. Each lot enjoys the cool breezes of the mountains, which always keep the air cooler than that of the beach. The stream that greets you at the entrance to the community runs through much of the the area and originates at an artesian spring. The natural creek is filled with numerous waterfalls and pools. The creek is bordered on either side by prime forest.
Conveniently close to transportation, and attractions
Most visitors to Costa Rica arrive at the modern airport facilities in San Jose. From there, Vista Pacific Paradise is a two and a half hour drive. About an hour and a half from San Jose you will pass Jaco on the Pacific coast, from which you travel south along the Pacific Coast for the remainder of the trip. For those with less time to spare there is a 20 minute daily flight between San Jose and Quepos.
Vista Pacific Paradise is sandwiched by two of the Countries' best marinas. 20 minutes to the South is Quepos, which is currently developing the newest marina in Costa Rica. It will be finished in early 2009 and it will provide all of the modern amenities. Not to be left behind, 30 minutes to the North of Vista Pacific Paradise is Herradura Marina, also very modern. Vacationers from all over the world make Costa Rica their destination for the fantastic fishing that is available.
Sailors and fishermen have a choice of several marinas within 10 to 15 miles of Vista Pacific Paradise, Marina Pez Vela in Quepos (Scheduled for completion the first of 2009), and Herradura Marinas.
Only 15 minutes from Vista Pacific Paradise is the town of Parrita with groceries stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and doctors as are some of the most sought after surfing beaches in the world.
There are numerous horse facilities in the area, and countless miles of riding trails.
Standing on any of the lots looking out over the ocean the vista that appears before you is from Manuel Antonio National Park in the south to Playa Esterillos Oeste to the north and sometimes beyond to as far as the Nicoya Peninsula, thus the name Vista Pacific Paradise.
If surfing is the choice of activity, many surfing beaches are near by. Some are not well known, therefore, not crowded. Palo Seco, the closest beach, only 15 minutes away, Manuel Antonio, Quepos, Bandera, Bejuco, Hermosa, Jaco to name a few.
One also has the Carcara Reserve, Isla Damas and the Tarcoles River.
If nature is the calling, besides the beautiful surroundings in Vista pacific Paradise, Manuel Antonio National Park is 20 minutes south of the community, just after Quepos.
From its inception almost two years ago, Vista Pacific Paradise's most prominent aspect has been to preserve its naturalness. Another high priority was to provide as unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean as possible from each lot, while having as little impact on the surrounding natural beauty. This criteria is what lead to the small number of lots in such a large area. We determined that having spacious lots, many of which extend to the protected zone of the creek and forest, would best preserve the feeling of being at one with nature while also being part of the community. By doing this all members of the community have an estate sized lot at a very low cost, both to acquire and to maintain.
